Wally and Jeffery started out as characters from a children's telelvision pilot produced in 1999. It unfortunately never made it to the television screens in the UK. However, the naughty orphans wouldn't go away and are now the centre of a new book and video series on Youtube.
Escape From Snod Hill follows orphans Wally and Jeffery and their friend Deidrie Dimple on an adventure across the English countryside as they try to escape from Snod Hill orphanage for waif and strays as they make their way to the seaside resort of Lyme Regis in Dorset.
Further books are planned in the series centering on life in the orphanage under the evil matron, Mrs Slimebottom, who they nickname Wiffbum. Watch this space for updates about publications and videos.
